Our Bag of Tricks

You don’t need equipment. We bring the gym to you. We can duplicate any exercise in the gym without the big machines. Every visit, we bring our bag of tricks – dumbbells, tension bands, yoga mats, medicine ball, stability ball, and BOSU ball. These simple items are more than enough to give you an intense workout.

At Utrainers, we have the expertise to help you work out any body part and we don’t need the fancy machines or equipment to get the job done. We use body weight resistance, gravity, pace controlled exercises and a few other tricks. It not the machines or weights that make a good workout, it’s the technique, knowledge and the expertise involved.
